For beginners & experienced teens who want to improve muscle mass, learn proper form and/or get ready for an upcoming sport season. This one of a kind class is led by Taylor Burhans. Taylor specializes in sports conditioning and strength training. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer. Taylor practiced cheerleading and gymnastics for a combined total of 24 years.
