A 16-week program centered around changing habits, routines, workouts, nutrition guidelines and tips to ensure that wellness becomes a permanent part of your every day life. The group will meet bi-weekly, virtually or in-person, with nutrition and fitness components to each class along with weekly challenges.
WHEN: January 11 - April 26, 2022
  Bi-weekly on Tuesdays, 5:30PM-6:30PM
PARTICIPANTS: 4-10 per group
FEES: $140 MEMBER          $180 NON-MEMBER
