| YMCA memberships are open to all people without

Payment Options
Monthly primary plus membership fees are on a bank
draft basis through a checking account or Visa or MasterCard. Pre-payments for 3 months, 6
months or one year are also accepted.
(A prepayment of one year is rewarded
with the 13th month being free.) NOTE: The Joiner's Fee is required of
all new members and members whose membership has lapsed for 30 days or more.

Great Lakes
Corporate Wellness Program
The YMCA will work with companies to
provide memberships for their employees at group rates. Group rates may be
subsidized by the employer and can be pre-paid or paid by monthly draft.

Guest
Passes
Guests are welcome and need to fill out the guest
waiver form, present a photo ID and pay the daily fee of $15.00. Guests need to be 14 years of age
or older to use the fitness equipment. Those under the age of 18 need to have a
parent or legal guardian come into the "Y" and sign a waiver form.
