Wish you could hit the reset button?
Join us along with YMCA Volunteer Chaplain, Pastor Michael Bean, as we embark on a journey to do just that: reset the spirit, mind, and body in 40 days. Virtual & In-Person Participation Available.
Weekly focus topics will include faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends with guest speakers on each week’s topic.  Participants will meet weekly to complete tasks together and have homework assignments during the week.  A private facebook support group will also be made available to you.
At the conclusion of this 40 day program, all participants will come together for reflection and a meal.
