- Submit your team rosters and team name
- Rosters and team name must be emailed to TBurhans@ymcaofportage.org no later than March 1, 2023.
- Team Member Waivers
- All rostered members of the team are required to sign waivers before they will be permitted to participate.
- These waivers can be signed prior to or on game day at the front desk. Please allow ample amount of time to get this done before your scheduled game. Team members must have a valid photo I.D. at the time of waiver signing.
