Work on endurance and running distance with this eight week program. We will be competing against Valparaiso Family YMCA, Duneland Family YMCA, Porter County Parks Department and Valparaiso Parks Department. Practice takes place at Woodland Park, Portage. Parents are to transport children to meets at the locations, dates and times listed below. Coaching staff consists of one Portage Township YMCA employee and volunteers.
