The Portage Township YMCA has joined forces with NorthShore Health Centers to create a new strategic partnership which will enhance the quality of life and health in the Portage community by striving to reduce the incidence of illness through clinical services, education and prevention.  This partnership provides you a health and wellness network of resources that will provide the tools and information you need to live a healthier life.

We believe sports, fun and exploring new interests aren’t just for the young. Along with improving health, whenever teamwork is involved, there’s the added benefit of being connected to others. That’s why you’ll find a range of sports and recreational activities at the Y. With something to offer everyone, there’s no such thing as being too old to get in the game.

Most adult sports are for participants 14 years and older.
